Lecture, three hours; discussion, one hour (when scheduled). Limited to juniors/seniors. Variable topics in selected Asian American themes, including issues in cultural formation, religion, education, social class, economic development, social movement, politics, and public policy. May be repeated for credit with topic change. P/NP or letter grading.
