Structural Design and Testing Laboratory

Description

Lecture, two hours; laboratory, five hours; outside study, five hours. Requisites: courses M20, 135A. Limited enrollment. Computer-aided optimum design, construction, instrumentation, and test of small-scale model structure. Use of computer-based data acquisition and interpretation systems for comparison of experimental and theoretically predicted behavior. Letter grading.
