Advanced Sequence: Mathematical Economics

Description

Lecture, three hours; discussion, one hour. Requisites: course 101, Mathematics 32A. Recommended requisite: Mathematics 70. Covers several mathematical tools that are essential for advanced economic analysis, and corresponding applications to economics. Study bridges the mathematical rigor required in intermediate microeconomics and that required in graduate-level coursework. Letter grading.
