Teaching Apprentice Practicum

Description

Eight weekly two-hour seminar sessions, plus intensive training session during Fall Quarter registration week. Preparation: appointment as teaching apprentice in Ethnomusicology Department. Required of all new teaching apprentices. Special course dealing with problems and practices of teaching ethnomusicology and systematic musicology at college level. May not be applied toward degree requirements. S/U grading.
