Description

(Same as Biomedical Research M6H.) Lecture, three hours; discussion; one hour. Answering important questions in biology often involves executing experiments using cultured cells or tissues in the laboratory. Discussion of the fundamentals of cell and tissue culture, how to carry out successful experiments, and how to work through experimental challenges. Letter grading.
