Seminar, three hours. Students are helped to define their public voice, pitch and advocate for themselves and others, build confidence, manage negative self-talk, and find true life balance and peace. Study lays the foundation for mastering personal and public communication in various contexts, from daily interactions and navigating the industry to media and social media. Students learn to achieve emotional balance, set boundaries, and effectively advocate for themselves and others. They master the art of pitching their vision and the goals of others, and deliver TED-level talks in any setting, whether intimate or to the masses. They gain the skills to secure the job, maintain a positive mindset, and eliminate chronic stress perceptions. Students are equipped to get ahead, be heard, nourish themselves, and strengthen their energy for navigating the inner and outer worlds they all encounter every day. Letter grading.
