Lecture, two and one half hours. Exploration of theories and techniques of crisis intervention and management across diverse range of behavioral health and community settings. Study of commonly used crisis intervention theories, models, and practices necessary to inform case conceptualization, treatment planning, interventions, and advocacy across range of populations, communities, and social issues. Letter grading.
