Description

Lecture, three hours; discussion, one hour. Limited to Master of Applied Statistics and Data Science students. Comprehensive introduction to deep learning with focus on statistical applications. Study of fundamental concepts of neural networks, modern deep learning architectures, and their implementation using PyTorch. Emphasis on both theoretical understanding and practical application, bridging statistical theory with deep learning practice. Letter grading.
