Advanced Thai

Description

Lecture, three hours. Enforced requisite: course 6 with grade of C or better or Thai placement test. Reinforcement of basic grammar and vocabulary acquired at beginning and intermediate levels. Coverage of more advanced topics on various aspects of Thai society. Broadening of skills in conversation and composition. Reading of selected texts and authentic materials. May be taken independently for credit. P/NP or letter grading.
