Lecture, five hours. Requisites: courses 101A, 101B, 101C. Builds upon previous coursework while introducing more complex language structures and deeper cultural discussions. Students are exposed to a variety of authentic texts, videos, and dialogues, helping them engage in more advanced discussions and written tasks. Grammar topics include reported speech, conditional clauses, and comparative sentence structures. Students are encouraged to analyze social issues, express opinions, and participate in debates in Turkish. May be repeated for credit. P/NP or letter grading.
