Students will achieve demonstrated written and oral mastery of the Arabic language, knowledge of other Arabic dialects, and specific skills and expertise in research, analysis, and writing. The program enables students to read texts in Arabic, analyze their language and cultural context, and to identify, evaluate, and analyze historical monuments, time periods, vocabulary, concepts, and historical figures.
