Complete 11 upper-division courses as follows:
Linguistics Core
Complete five courses: LING 103, LING 110, LING 120A, LING 120B, and one course from LING 165A or 165B.
Advanced Linguistics Core
Select one course. Students may substitute LING 200A or LING 200B for LING 165A or LING 165B respectively under certain conditions.

Departmental honors are awarded at graduation to those students who have a grade-point average of 3.6 or better in their junior and senior years and who have completed one of the following course options.
